This grill pan is so much fun to use. It lets us cook grilled stuff when it’s not practical to go outside and fire up the real grill. Works outstanding in the oven, too. Get it super hot, sear your meat, turn the meat, continue sear, flip meat then put the whole works in the oven. I haven’t had a dud meal yet when using this pan. Cleaning it is a bit tricky when stuff gets in between the grill lines, but that’s to be expected.

Inexpensive, heavy duty, made in the USA, withstands extremely high heat, naturally nonstick, a breeze to clean. Rugged, can be used indoors or out. Leaves nice grill marks on meat and sandwiches. Makes healthier, tastier bacon. Has a steaming effect on burgers which makes them far juicier. Love all my Lodge Logic cast iron but this is going to become a fav real fast!
